1. Purpose
To provide a safe mechanism for employees, contractors, and stakeholders to report suspected breaches of law, regulations, company policies, or ethical standards.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, temporary staff, contractors, and suppliers.
3. What to Report
- Illegal activity or regulatory breaches
- Fraud, theft, or financial mismanagement
- Health and safety risks
- Harassment, bullying, or discrimination
- Any suspected slavery or human trafficking
4. Reporting Procedure
- Report concerns to your line manager or another senior manager.
- If preferred, use the confidential email: director@cyancare.co.uk
- All reports will be treated confidentially and investigated promptly.
5. Protection from Retaliation
No employee or contractor will suffer detriment for raising a genuine concern in good faith.
