For Employers
WHy should I use Cyan Care Recruitment?
We specialise in the care sector, meaning we understand sector requirements (qualifications, DBS, regulatory compliance).
We help you find vetted, qualified candidates to meet your staffing needs efficiently.
How do you vet candidates?
We carry out identity checks, right-to-work verifications, reference checks, DBS checks, and qualification/credential verification.
We also assess candidate suitability through interviews, skill assessments, and compliance checks.

Depending on the contract agreed, we may offer a replacement or refund within a guarantee period (e.g. 4–12 weeks), subject to terms.
Please refer to your client agreement.

Yes. Although we may be below the turnover threshold requiring mandatory reporting, we voluntarily publish a Modern Slavery Statement, conduct due diligence on our supply chain, and enforce policies to reduce the risk of exploitation.
See our Modern Slavery statement page for details.

We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Candidate data is processed lawfully, stored securely, shared only with consent or where permitted by law, and deleted when no longer needed. You can request access, correction, deletion, or object to processing.
