This policy sets out our commitment to acting ethically, ensuring compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and preventing slavery and human trafficking.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, temporary staff, contractors, and suppliers of Cyan Care Recruitment.

3. Responsibilities

• All staff are required to read, understand, and comply with this policy.
• Managers must ensure that their teams adhere to this policy.
• The Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring this policy is implemented and monitored.

4. Procedures

• Due diligence checks on suppliers and recruitment partners.
• Regular staff training on recognising and preventing slavery or human trafficking.
• Reporting any suspected breaches to management or through our Whistleblowing Policy.

5. Reporting Concerns

If you suspect any form of modern slavery within the company or our supply chains, please report it immediately to your line manager or via the Whistleblowing Policy.
